李儼洽 . 美國法學博士
董事總經理李儼洽博士曾於花旗私人銀行擔任副總裁，時29歲的他，負責台灣區客戶的全球投資和金融需求。他的經驗也涵蓋了替投資銀行和科技公司(Intel)的決策高層提供財務分析與決策, 其中包括財政支持以及企業集團的運作模式.此外, 他也曾任職於美國聯邦法院.
李博士從查普曼法學院獲得他的法學博士學位. 他同時得到CHARLES C. CHAPMAN 全額學術獎學金. 他的本科學位是畢業於美國南加州大學, 金融和商業經濟學系.
William Huestis, Esq.
Our firm's Chief Legal Counsel is William Huestis. He is a member of the California State Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central, Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts.
Mr. Huestis received his J.D. degree from the Chapman University School of Law where he was a Charles C. Chapman scholar and awarded a full academic scholarship. Mr. Huestis also received his L.L.M. in Taxation from the Chapman University School of Law. Mr. Huestis received his undergraduate degree in English from Westmont College.
